Explore Calmer Waters At Your Own Pace

Sensory Friendly Hours

We’re proud to offer Sensory Friendly Hours, creating a more comfortable and welcoming experience for neurodiverse guests, their families, and caregivers. From 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m., you’re invited to explore Canada's largest aquarium at your own pace, with reduced light and sound levels throughout—because everyone deserves the opportunity to connect with over 65,000 animals across 120 exhibits in a calm, supportive environment.

To support your visit, complimentary comfort kits are available at Guest Services, including noise-reducing ear protectors, fidget tools, cue cards, and a visual activity guide. We also work alongside local organizations like Pacific Autism Family Network and Canucks Autism Network to help ensure these experiences meet the needs of our community.

Purchase tickets online in advance to skip the line. Guests with a disability who purchase a full-price ticket may bring one personal care attendant free of charge, and we also accept the Access2 Card.
