Steps To Activate Your Digital Pass:

1. Create your new Online Account
2. Scroll down to Passes and select Link Pass
3. Click + Add Pass to expand
4. Input your Member ID and associated postal code
5. Select Add Pass to link your pass(es)
6. Follow the prompts to fill in any missing information from your membership record (if applicable). Select Submit Update for each individual to complete your submission.

7. Once completed, click Return to Account to view your new digital pass(es) under Passes and explore all your new Gold Member perks!

Please note that your Swim By Anytime Guest Ticket entitlement(s) may take up to 24 hours to arrive in your account. If you still haven't received your ticket(s) after 24 hours, please contact 778-655-9554 to speak to a crew member. Note that only Gold and Platinum members are eligible for this entitlement.

Yes! Members will always have the opportunity to switch to a new membership tier when renewing their membership.

Yes! Everyone who visits the Vancouver Aquarium must reserve tickets online before their visit, whether they are a longtime member or a first-time visitor. Please account for everyone who will be joining you on your visit. Make your member reservation through the website, your Online Account, or on the o-fish-al Vancouver Aquarium mobile app.

Children under 3 get in free—no reservation needed for your little guppy!

We recommend reserving your time slot 48-72 hours before your arrival. While same-day bookings can often be accommodated, we limit capacity during busier periods like long weekends and holidays to ensure all our guests have the best aquatic experience possible.

During your visit, members can now scan their digital pass from the Online Account, mobile app, or their Apple Wallet to redeem entitlements and discounts.

Yes! While we strongly encourage all our valued members to activate their digital pass and get their new splashy entitlements on the Online Account or mobile app, your current Membership Card can still be scanned as long as your membership is valid. Your card will no longer be considered active if you purchase a new membership instead of renewing your pass.

Full list of benefits and discounts will always be displayed on the Current Members page. Once you've activated your membership on the Online Account or mobile app, you can view your active entitlements there. To redeem them, display them on your smartphone from your Online Account or shrimply pull them up on the Vancouver Aquarium mobile app once you arrive at the aquarium. You can also print them at home before your visit, but we'd recommend the greener digital route.

When you purchase a membership, you will automatically be subscribed to our exclusive Member Newsletter. Gold and Platinum members will receive multiple invites and reminders via email for Member-only events held throughout the year. These newsletters will also update you on special events, new exhibits and animal updates at Vancouver Aquarium and the Vancouver Aquarium Marine Mammal Rescue Society. Make shore to open them when they hit your inbox!

If you miss an email, don't sweat it! Member-only events and promotions will always be featured on the Current Members page.

Vancouver Aquarium is not able to offer free parking. All pay parking in Stanley Park is owned and operated by the City of Vancouver. But don't worry—there is plenty of parking available! View all nearby lots and other transportation options here.

Annual Memberships are valid for one year from the date of purchase. To sea when your pass expires, you can either view your physical membership card, sign in to your Online Account and/or mobile app, or visit our Guest Services desk. Remember to renew before your membership expires to lock in the guaranteed lowest price!

You can link your family's memberships to your Online Account by selecting Link Passes and then inputting your "Member ID" and the postal code(s) associated with the other memberships.

Toddlers under the age of 3 receive free admission to Vancouver Aquarium. When your child turns 3, you will need to purchase a Child Membership (ages 3-12) at any tier level.

Vancouver Aquarium memberships are non-transferable and are for the exclusive use of the person named on the membership.

If your information changes, shrimply log in to your Online Account and select User Profiles to update and manage your saved addresses, phone number, and payment methods. Alternatively, you can visit our Guest Services desk or call 778-655-9554 for assistance.

Your Membership ID will be listed on your card and, once manually added, your Online Account. If you still can't access your membership ID, please visit Guest Services or call 778-655-9554 and provide the first and last name associated with the membership. We'd be happy to kelp!

If you lose your physical membership card, you can download the Vancouver Aquarium app to access your digital Membership Card, which can be scanned for entry. While we highly encourage Members to go green and skip the plastic, a replacement card can be requested at Guest Services.

Members without smartphone access can use their physical Membership Card. If you do not have smartphone access or a physical card, please visit Guest Services.

Gold and Platinum members can purchase discounted guest tickets on the Vancouver Aquarium website or in-person at Admissions.
